allow up to 2 weeks to process orders, all products are handmade and can be quite time consuming depending on demand. we value your patience and will fulfill all orders as soon as possible. (we typically ship orders within a few days and up to 1 week. only when we have a high demand in orders it will take longer). we have a priority shipping option at checkout if needed by a specific time.

all sales are final. refunds/returns/exchanges will not be offered due to the minimal resources we have being a small business. if you need help with something or have any inquiries feel free to contact us via email (laceillusionn@gmail.com).

if a mistake occurs with your order please email us and we will resolve the issue efficiently. jewelry replacements are offered within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered via the tracking number that was assigned to your order.
